We completely stand behind the quality of all our products, so you can buy directly from us with confidence. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. If in the unlikely event, your item arrives in less than perfect condition please call us at +1 917.213 4849 or email us at [email protected] and we will make it right.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of shipping. Please note that warranties are not transferable and do not extend to re-sold items. For warranty to be in effect, products must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Defects resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal wear, and tear, or if used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty. Saltwater damage is not covered in any circumstances. In the first few months, sun fading may occur on hardwood veneers, this is entirely normal. Stains and physical damage are not covered. For more information, please request our Warranty Policy.
