Return Policy

  • Contact our Customer Service Team at 1 917.2134849 within 48 HOURS of product delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and received in like-new condition.
  • Damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Custom orders and special orders as noted at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
  • Clearance and open box items are sold as “Final Sale” and are not returnable.
  • Premier Delivery Service fees cannot be reimbursed.

Prompt Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal® account within seven days. Depending on your creditor’s policies, it may take up to 5 business days after this for the credit to appear.

Replacements

In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, call us immediately to coordinate a replacement.
